Is this site secure?

Our website, www.knedwardsco.com, has an SSL Certificate in place. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificates are data files that encrypt details and allows a secure connection from the web server. To tell when an SSL Certificate is installed, look at the address bar. It will activate a padlock and you will see “https” instead of the standard “http” before the web address.

K.N. Edwards Company, LLC does not receive any credit card or banking data. All payments for this site are either processed through Square or PayPal. Once a payment by the customer is made, K.N. Edwards Company is notified via email and through the site that an order was placed. Immediately after we are given notice from Square or PayPal that payment was made and has been completed.

Do you combine shipping costs?

Shipping costs are combined. Your shipping cost will only be for the largest item purchased.

What shipping services do you use?

We use USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be included in the notification email we send once shipment is completed.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed will ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification email from us with the details once shipment is complete. Note that custom orders can take up to a week, or more, to complete and ship. Length of time to complete and ship depends on how long it takes to create the item and how many orders were placed before yours.

Can you ship faster than 3-5 business days?

If you need your order to get to you faster, send us a message in the box at checkout. We will try to do our best to ship it as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns?

If for some reason you wish to return the item purchased, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will accept returns if the item is in the exact condition as when it was purchased. Shipping must be paid by you when returning.

We cannot accept returns for custom requests. That item was created especially for you at your request.

How do I order a custom item?

Custom requests can be sent to us through our Contact Form. We will price the request for you and respond within 24-48 hours. We currently take custom requests for wands, plaques, and beaded jewelery (earrings, bracelets, and necklaces).

How long will it be before my custom order is ready?

Custom orders will take an average of a week to complete but may take longer. Length of time will depend on what you order, the details needed to complete it, and if there are other custom requests before yours. You will be notified of your approximate wait time and kept up to date during the process of creating it, including pictures during the process and when it’s finished.

When do I pay for my custom request?

We will create a special product page for your custom item. Once it has been listed, we will send you a link to the page so that you can make your payment.

Depending on what is requested, we may ask for half of the payment up front and the other half once completed. This is to ensure that any materials we purchase for your specific request are covered. In this situation, we will create a special product page for the first half of the payment and again for the other half of the payment. We will not expect the first half of payment until we are ready to start working on your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do offer gift wrapping! The gift wrapping option will show up after you place an item in the cart. You can see it when you look in the cart and again before checking out.

The price for gift wrapping is $5.00 per gift. Jewelry gifts may be wrapped together in the same box if you would like. When you see the gift wrapping option at checkout, click on the gift box to see your options and fill out the form.
